Fike has been developing this 12-acre parcel in Lake Stevens, WA for the last year, yielding a total of 8 mixed commercial retail lots and a senior living complex. Phase 2 is just beginning an ARCO gas station along with 2 drive thru retail restaurants, Starbucks and Chipotle.

You guys did a great job at the end of the day! Johnnie really pulled through and the bending over backwards to complete the project on time is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
